We give different names to this one simple requirement. Like Preventing/controlling Cross Contamination, studying and performing cleaning validation, and Controlling the impurities in your product within acceptable limits and in different forms.
This concept is simple if you are giving " A" to the patient then it must be "A" only. You are not supposed to give A+ B+ C.
As sometimes you know or sometimes you don't know about the impact of B & C...... You might not know how A's behavior & effect, impact in presence of B & C.
But this simple thing becomes complicated when not followed.
Compliance is very simple. We make it complicated by not following these simple practices.
