Evaluate what level of effort you will have to do based on where you want to be and not based on where you were & where you have come.

Whether you are taking right decisions?

You might have improved a lot.....

You might have brought your site from a very initial level to a very good level of compliance.....

But what is your goal?

What do you want to achieve and within what period?

Based on that you will have to put in your effort...

As even you have worked hard, even if you have poured yourself into that but if you are not meeting the requirement of where you want to be then you still won't be able to achieve what you want.

So you will have to work more to get that.

So moral of the story is that "Evaluate based on where you want to be instead of where you were and where you have come."
