1.Trainings work on a conscious level. However, our habits are rooted deep in the unconscious level.
2.Change at the unconscious level does not happen within one day or one year. However, employees keep changing their jobs within 2-3yrs at the junior level or others also.
3.Even if you try to bring them into your culture their habits or previous organizations are still with them which are ingrained into their mind for longer than your training.
4.Carryover of the previous organization could be seen by their practices on the site. It may be good or other.
