Any organization is the reflection of thought process of the minds behind these organizations.
Based on the thought process of minds who are running the organization culture of any organization is developed.
For example I remember one sentence I listened white the CEO of one of the company I was working "There should not be any data integrity at any cost. That is my strict order."
Now if the message is powerful & strongly given by an authority then I believe that it must be followed by the people in the organization.
One more organization I came across while I was auditing on one of my client's site, one of the senior person told me while discussion "Madam if any person will do data integrity that will be his/her last day in our organization."
These are few examples where it is very clear to the people working in the organization that which culture to
be adopted.
By the way there are many factors which play a very important role in culture building.
The most important are values of the organization, goal of an organization.
Whether organization goal is to manufacture the quality medicines with commercial gain OR only financial
goal at any cost.
By the way its only delusion that if any one compromises the quality then it's commercially beneficial.
In fact it is a huge business losses to any organization in long run.
There is no need to tell any Pharma professional that how the Empire of great organizations destroyed within
short period due to Data Integrity & Adulterated Medicine manufacturing.
By the way Culture of any organization is built by many factors which include Work culture, Training System, how timelines are met, how employees are treated, how senior people guide the junior level people?, How management is? Mindset of people who are running the organization. and many other.
But let me tell you that if Culture of your organization is bad your organization will not grow even after making any great strategies.
