You must dive deep into the Blue Ocean of Compliance to get new horizons in pharma.

Preparing only to pass any audit will not give you long term solution.

Suppose you are preparing to qualify for the regulatory inspection.

In that case, you only think of short-term solutions, which may help you to qualify for the regulatory inspections, which may give you happiness or satisfaction that you passed the audit.

But you won't have system-based solutions.

When next time the audit will come you will again have to prepare from the zero.

Despite that, if you develop the systems, and processes such that you will comply at any time then your organization will be ready to be inspected at any time.

That will give you the real success.
